TRAINING

The South Wales Saints training programme aims to deliver all athletes development opportunities in skill building, conditioning and stamina. 

 

Our coaches work with members no matter what their capability to bring them up to a competitive standard. Training will include progression in the key areas of competitive cheerleading including;

 

  • Stunting

  • Tumble

  • Cheer

  • Dance

  • Jumps

 

While focusing on these key areas, we also develop athletes in terms of core strength, flexibility, stamina and attitude.
