The South Wales Saints are a competitive cheerleading squad based in Newport, South Wales.
We train team members in all aspects of cheerleading from beginners to confident athletes. Our experienced coaching staff help athletes develop skills in stunting, jumps, tumble and cheer, all the while enforcing team spirit, confidence and attitude.
Building on strong relationships with the local community, schools and universities, the South Wales Saints recruit from the finest talent South Wales has to offer.

It's that time of the year again! We are looking for both men and women above 14 years old to join the Saints. You don't need any gymnastics or dance experience to join. If you're looking to improve your fitness, learn something new or meet new people, the Saints is the place for you!
